Aresquiers Beach in Frontignan - France

There is a vast expanse of sand with small dunes along the beach road (stairs provide access to them). On the right of the photo, there are several large car parks. This is in our opinion the most beautiful beach in Frontignan.

There is a first aid station in this area in summer (the largest one).

The westernmost area of Aresquiers Beach is sandy. It is also monitored in July and August.

A few steps from both sides provide access to this beach (the eastern area is at street level but there are pebbles).

From the top of the dune, the view of the surroundings of Aresquiers beach is beautiful. The big car park of the beach is in the foreground.

Area at the end of Frontignan towards Maguelone:

There are several areas in Aresquiers Beach (end of Frontignan) with sandy areas (very narrow) and pebble areas.

Pebbles prevail and the beach is very narrow at the car park of Est Aresquiers Beach (there are no roads after it).

There are preserved areas with pebbles on the upper part of the beach towards Vic-la-Gardiole. There is generally sand at the edge (including in the water).

On the left (access is only possible on foot), one reaches the naturist area and Maguelone Beach (one can see the cathedral in the background of this photo on the right).

The Aresquiers are at the forefront in this photo. If one enjoys the naturalness, this is where one will find the quietest beaches in Frontignan.

From here, the road does not lead to the seafront. On the left of the photo, one can see the bridge leading to the D114 towards Montpellier.
