Frégate Beach in Six-Fours-les-Plages is an extension of Bonnegrace Beach and is located on the border with Sanary sur Mer and its small port. Located in a small cove, it is protected by two breakwaters.
Beach restaurants are available and it is possible to rent beach equipment. A car park is available nearby (pay-as-you-stay).
To access this beach from Six-Fours, go to Sanary sur Mer, just before entering Sanary, you will find the beach on the left (before the river, which goes into the sea).
