Darse Beach is the westernmost beach in Villefranche sur Mer. Located at the Darse harbor, this pebbled beach offers one of the best views on the French Rivera of the roadstead of Villefranche sur Mer.
You can get here by taking the chemin du Lazaret where there is a paying parking lot. Several beaches are available. The biggest is the beach behind the promenade des Professeurs near the harbor. It is made up of little stones. We find another smaller beach next to the observatory – Oceanologique de Villefranche – with larger stones.
