Our opinion on the La Redoute Beach
Portiragnes’ La Redoute Beach is located on the edge of Vias Plage (east of the resort). This large sandy stretches from the campsite of “Les Sablons” to East Beach (downtown beach). At the end of “Impasse du Crabe”, there is a lifeguard station open in the summer season with toilet facilities. There is also a private beach with a refreshment bar. Going towards Vias Plage (east), the beach becomes more untamed. At the end of “chemin de la Redoute”, you can find a beach volleyball court.
This beach is accessible from the city centre by “Boulevard du Front de Mer”.

Photos of the La Redoute Beach
We are at the boundary between Vias-Plage and Portiragnes-Plage. This long sandy beach stretches along the resort to Sérignan. On the right, there are the dunes that separate the beach from the town-centre.
This beach continues towards Vias and emerges with Mediterranée Beach of Vias.
At the campsite “Les Sablons”, you can see on the right of the photo, a beach volleyball court.
Towards Portiragnes town centre, a very nice sandy beach. In the summer season, this area is under lifeguard supervision (the aid station is not yet in place, as it is the low season).
The environment of this beach is still very unspoilt, with dunes on the left.
In the summer season, the lifeguard station is located at the edge of “Boulevard du Front de Mer” (near “Place des Embruns”).
Free Parking is located above the beach on Boulevard de la Mer.
