Portiragnes’ Bosquet Beach is located west of the resort at the end of “Boulevard du Front de Mer”. The large sandy beach is more untamed than the city centre beach with its woodland and its highly developed dune. This beach is under lifeguard supervision during the summer season near “Avenue du Bosquet”. In the woods next to the beach, there is a picnic areas and play area for children.
This beach is within walking distance from the city centre by landscaped walking trails or by car taking “Chemins de la Rivierette” and “Avenue du Bosquet”. Parking is located at the entrance of the wood (and about 150 meters from the beach).
