From Graveline to Bray-Dunes, we find five seaside resorts in the department Nord in France. The resorts closest to Belgium are called the Dunes de Flandres which is part of the Côte d'Opale. The beaches in this area are agreeable, but we don't like the view of the harbor of Dunkerque and the of the first resorts that are constructed in Belgium that are visible from the different beaches. To the west, bordering the beaches of Pas de Calais, we find Gravelines, which offers many activities during the summer.
Even the beaches of Nord are immense and some are preserved (you have to leave from Malo les Bains), the authenticity is more visible in the neighboring department with preserved resorts and two emblematic capes that are classified as “Grand Site” in France.
To the south, the beaches of Somme mark the transition between Côte d'Opale and the Cote d'Albâtre where we can see high cliffs.
Bray-Dunes is a seaside resort located in the department, Nord that borders Belgium and is about fifteen kilometers from Dunkerque. It is known for being the northernmost city in France.
