Located downtown and at the entrance of the Saint-Mandrier peninsula, Sablettes Beach in La Seyne sur Mer is the largest sand beach in town. Located in a bay, the east part of this beach is wider. The west part is called Mar Vivo Beach. The two zones have lifeguards in the summer and Sablettes Beach is always handicap accessible. There are many restaurants and a few hotels.
This beach is the busiest in La Seyne sur Mer. There are several activities and we find several free parking lots.
Note that this is the more animated than the Saint Elme area. Between the two, the beach is bordered by Braudel park.
