Our opinion on the Richelieu Beach
Richelieu Beach in Cape d'Agde is found to the west of the seaside resort, on the left side of the harbor near Richelieu neighborhood. This long sand beach stretches over one kilometer. We find several private beaches and numerous water activities (paddle boats, tubing...) and a children's playground. The beach is bordered by a nice pedestrian promenade. To the left is a nautical center which is just next to the harbor. Two accesses are available for those with reduced mobility (Richelieu Est and Richelieu Ouest).
To get here, follow signs for Richelieu. There are three parking lots (P1 – to the west, P2 – in the center, and P3 – to the east; the last is the largest).

We are in the eastern zone of the beach, about 100 meters form the nautical center.
There are many private beaches with restaurants and mattress rentals. In the background is a pedestrian area of Rochelongue.
We're in the middle of Richelieu Beach. Near the central entrance which borders the beach, we find a children's playground between two parking lots (P2 and P3).
It is possible to participate in many aquatic activities on this beach. For example: paddle boat or tubing.
We are in the west zone of this beach that borders Rochelongue Beach.
There is a first-aide station near the central alley.
