Our opinion on the Ruhl Beach
Ruhl Beach in Nice is located across from the casino and Meridien hotel (and McDonald's), the closest part of the Promenade des Anglais to downtown. This beach is public and made of stones.
A private beach is available with a restaurant and mattress rental.
To park here, you'll find a lot on Massena Place. It's easiest to come by bus: lines 98 and 200 pass in front of this beach.

In the summer, between the two private beaches, we find a totally public place (rather narrow – the second beach is behind us).
Out of season, one of the two private beaches is taken down (to the left, Le Galion).
In the winter, the private casino beach of Ruhl is small (only a few tables to soak up the southern sun of Nice).
In the summer, this same private beach occupies a good part of Ruhl Beach.
The beach is across from Casino Ruhl.
