The main beach of Fort-Mahon is located at the avenue of the beach. There is a small plaza with a first aid station (monitored from June to September) and dikes leading south and north of the resort. The beach is sandy and stretches several kilometres. Only the area at the first aid station is monitored. It is also labelled Handiplage with a provision of tiralo (please contact the lifeguards).

Parking is charged during the day in Fort-Mahon. There are a few places in the streets perpendicular to the main avenue. There is also a big car park at the nautical center.

This is the vast beach of Fort-Mahon, which is directly in the center of the seaside resort. There are large sandy beaches in the Bay of Somme.

There is a beach stretching several kilometres south in the city center.

There are some beautiful dunes between Fort-Mahon and Quend Plage (visible in the picture in the center). Quend-Plage is visible in the background; the two seaside resorts are only 1.6 km away from the beach.
