Our opinion on the Sablères Beach
Sablères Beach corresponds with Nord Beach in Vieux Boucau. Slightly outside of downtown (about 500 meters) the environment is composed of high dunes and several campgrounds. It is a wild beach. Near the entrance (avenue des Dunes), we find a lifeguard station (open from the end of June to the end of August). Note that nudism is tolerated here (in general on the north part of the beach).
You can get here from avenue des Dunes where we find a free parking lot near a path (steep).

We are on the northernmost beach in town at the limit of Sud Beach in Messange. It is the most wild beach with high dunes.
In the summer, this beach has a lifeguard. We see the lifeguard station in this photo.
You can access this beach from a paved path that is rather steep. There are very high dunes in this area.
At the foot of the dune, we find a large free parking lot.
