Our opinion on the Paloma Beach
Paloma Beach in Cap Ferrat is located southeast of the peninsula, facing Beaulieu sur Mer halfway to the point of Saint-Hospice. The beach below the road stretches for 150 meters and is covered in pebbles. A private beach takes most of the beach (the public space is located on either side of it).
As for parking, there are a few parking spaces along the road to Saint-Hospice (dead end road). To access the beach, stairs are available.
Note that the tourist trail goes through this path to get to the Point of Saint Hospice, at the chapel of St. Hospice and returns by the southern point of the seafront. The route ends at the garden of La Paix (beginning of the path of St Hospice).

This is a panoramic view of the beach of St Jean Cap Ferrat. Note that a lot of it is private (centre around the jetty visible in this photo).
This photo shows Paloma Beach from the coastal path. Above the restaurant, you can see the road.
This is the left end. There is a second public space (quite small and busy - photo taken early September on a weekend). In the distance, you begin to see the port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
The view is unobstructed till Cap d'Ail (you can see the first buildings).
The left side of the beach is public. In the summer season (the photo was taken in August), pines provide shade.
By following the coastal path on the right, there are several pontoons used for sunbathing or swimming areas.
A little further away, there is a small private port used as a beach in the summer. Area where many people dive.
The view of the bay of Beaulieu sur Mer is beautiful.
Off-season, the atmosphere is totally different. The private beach is removed.
