Our opinion on the Marines Borgo Beach
Marines of Borgo Beach is located on the lagoon bar of Biguglia. There is a long stretch of sand bordered by many tourist structures to the south (difficult to access the beach if one is not a resident). The northern section is wilder and stretches as far as the eye can see in the municipality of Biguglia. At the entrance, there is a beautiful pine forest.
Sea accesses are scarce in this part of Corsica. Many buildings in recent years have blocked accesses. From Bastia and following the route of the lagoon, there is an access by entering the town of Borgo at the residence of Espaces Verts. A fence restricts the vehicle access but there is still a pedestrian access. It is however difficult to park.

Photos of the Marines Borgo Beach
This is the northern part of Marines de Borgo. This beach stretches south past the hamlet of Pineto where there are many hotels, holiday homes and campsites. It is quite difficult to access it (private roads blocked).
To the north, the beach is wilder and offers a beautiful view of Bastia.
There is a residence at the entrance but the environment is fairly well preserved in this area.
The beach access is closed to vehicles (private property – Espaces Verts Residence). There is only a footpath left of the fence. Further south, accesses are scarce because they are blocked by private properties.
