Our opinion on the Bellugas Beach
Belludas Beach of La Faute sur Mer (or Bellugas Beach) is located at the beginning of Arçay Point. This long sandy beach is an extension of the Grand Beach. On this beach, you can practice sand yachting. There is also a lifeguard station open during the summer season. A play area for children with some games is laid out on the sand (free - from 3 years old). During the summer season, there is a club for children (from 3 years old – not free). Ample parking is available (free). Access for people with reduced mobility is possible but the beach is a bit far from the carpark (access by trail).
The environment of this beach is very nice with a view of Arçay Point and, to the right, a well-developed dune area and La Faute sur Mer.
Access is by the boulevard de la Forêt at the Avenue de l’Océan.
