Rochers du Dramont - naturist area in Saint Raphael - France

Our opinion on the Rochers du Dramont - naturist area

There is a nudist area covered in the typical rocks of the Esterel between Debarquement and Camp Long beaches, at the tip of the Dramont. The area is not suitable for swimming, which is very dangerous (access to the sea is very difficult because the rocks are high - some people dive but the rise is extremely difficult and there are many accidents in the vicinity).

In our opinion, this bathing place is not interesting. There are many beaches in the Esterel Mountains that are more worth a visit.

Note that there are two nudist areas. The first one is behind the rocks of the Cathedral and the second one at the tip of Dramont. Both areas are separated by rocks without an access road (one should take the forest road) even though both areas are within sight.

To get to these rocks from the center of St-Raphael, go to Agay by the seaside road. Turn right on Semaphore Street (Poussai port) at the roundabout after Debarquement Beach. One has to park in this street and walk to the port. Turn right at the port. Stairs lead to the forest road at the small beach. Take the road going up on the right 100 meters away (fairly wide road with old tar). At the top of the climb, take the small road, which comes down to the first area. Continue on the left path to reach the second area.
