Our opinion on the Remember Beach
Remember beach of Mimizan is the beach north of Mimizan. In summer season, this beach is under lifeguard supervision. Here we have a more natural environment especially in the area north of “Boulevard de la Côte d’Argent”. The further away you get from the city centre, the more desert like the beach is with high dunes (there are also some nudists since naturism is tolerated on this beach). In the north, the beach also carries the name “Plage du Camping”.
Access is from the north of “Avenue de la Côte d’Argent”. There is a small free carpark on the sea front and another on “rue Belvédère”. The beach access is easy from this avenue. There are other accesses at the forest of Sainte Eulalie, however they are more difficult (access on foot, you have to cross the dunes - quite far away and the area for swimming is dangerous).
