Gaou Beach in Bormes-les-Mimosas - France

The first beach in the bay of Gau coming from Faviere Beach. There is a dam here. This beach is easily reached from the path (just after the point of Ris).

Continuing toward the point of Esquillette, we find a few small sand and stone creeks between the rocks. We can also find some houses, but pay attention because they are private property and there is no access from the road.

A few meters from the previous creek, we find other sand creeks. The further we go, the less people we see.

This is the main part of Gaou Beach. It is the most beautiful beach in the cove. It is located near the point of Esquillette.

Continue along the coastal path toward the tip of Cape Benat to find a few nice little beaches and creeks.

In just a few steps we are at the point of Esquillette and find a little calanque.

Here, we are on the last beach before the point of Esquillette. It's access is difficult and therefore little visited.
