Our opinion on the Fort Beach
Situated to the southeast of Saint-Honorat Island, the fort beach begins at the fortified monastery and stretches to the eastern point of the island. This long pebblestone beach is very narrow with a thick layer of algae. On the left part, there are a few isolated zones with shade and a view of St. Féréol island.
To arrive at this beach from the unloading stage (10 minute walk), take the diagonal trail facing the stage (just before the restaurant). At the end of the trail, turn to the left toward the fort. The beach is situated on the other side of the fort.

Located to the east of the St Honorat Fort, this narrow pebblestone beach stretches all the way to the point.
From this beach, you'll have an incredible view of the fort with the Estérel mountains of the Var in the background.
Near the point, there is a space with a bit of shade. On the other hand, there is a large amount of dried algae. These are natural beaches and thus not maintained!
From this beach, we have a view of the island of Saint-Féréol which is part of the Lérins Islands.
