Douane Creek is one of the most beautiful creeks in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Located on the coastal path toward Cape Taillat (leaving from Escalet Beach) we find a white fine sand beach and emerald waters. This creek is frequented by the regulars or by hikers.

To get here, park in the lot near Escalet Beach (this lot is farthest to the right – you'll have to pay in the summer but you'll only have a 10 minute walk) then turn right to get to the coastal path. Going toward Cape Taillat, we find many small creeks (and rocks). Douane creek is situated 200 meters after Escalet Cape and 600 meters before Cape Taillat. It's not difficult to get to this creek since the path is well landscaped.

Note that there are some nudists (even though nudism is not permitted in this zone).

This little creek of Ramatuelle is remarkable. In a green area and situated near the coastal path which leads to Cape Taillat, we have the impression of being at the edge of the world.

This beach is little known and frequented only by those who know it well.

Just before Douane Creek, leaving from Escalet, we find many little creeks with rocks (and on some we find nudists as well).

Here we are at the parking lot on the right of Escalet (the closest to Douane Creek, a 10 minute walk). You'll have to pay for parking in the summer.

To get to the previous parking lot, you must go through the booth to pay (only in the summer). If you park here, you have 15 minutes less to walk, but it is also possible to park for free before you reach this lot.

Here you'll find the free parking lot of Escalet (on the right and the left if coming from the sea). To join up with Douane Creek, take the path on the right.
