Our opinion on the Central Beach

Central Beach in Bray-Dunes is the most animated and frequented beach in this seaside resort. Bordered by a nice pedestrian promenade and a few shops, businesses and cafes that sell ice cream, this vast sand beach is very busy in the summer. There is a lifeguard and handicap access (5% incline). A few nice sea front houses give a warm feeling to this ares. To the left, we find a children's play area.

To get to this beach, we advise you to park in the lot near the tourism office (Place Jerome Rubben). There are also handicap spaces at the edge of the avenue de la plage.

Pedestrian promenade in Bray Dunes with the beach

Bordered by a large pedestrian promenade, this downtown beach is the most animated in the area.

The sea front is rather nice to observe. The pedestrian zone is a real plus for families with kids.

Houses with a pretty seaside architecture in Bray-Dunes

We find a few houses with a pretty seaside architecture.

On the left of the first-aid station is a children's playground.

Immense... however swimming at low tide is only for the courageous...

At the end of the avenue de la plage, we find a first-aid station (open from mid-June to the end of June and the beginning of September to mid-September on Wednesdays, weekends, and holidays from 2pm-6pm and from 10am-7pm in the summer).
