Our opinion on the Casino Beach
Valras Casino Beach extends along Avenue des Elysées for approx. 800 meters. Opposite the casino, there is the lifeguard station with access for disabled people (another access is available in front of the driveway Gerbault). There are several restaurants on this beach with beach equipment for hire during the summer season. It is safe to swim thanks to the numerous breakwaters scattered throughout the length of the beach.
There are a few parking spaces at the end of Boulevard Jean Moulin next to the Casino.

Weat the Casino of Valras-Plage. On the right, we have the “Allée des Anciens d’Indochine” and to the left a large sandy beach with breakwaters.
In the foreground,on the left, there is the lifeguard station and behind it, it is Valras Casino (looking towards the harbour and the mouth of the Orb).
On the seafront, there are many holiday homes and a big tower.
There are some private beaches in the casino area with beach equipment for hire in the summer season.
BehindCasino beach, there is the busy road “Route de l’Elysées” with its many shops.
Takingthe direction of Vendres, there is an access to the beach near the large tower (across “rue de la Traine”).
