Capelan Calanque in Bandol - France

The central part of this calanque is the area most visited (the stones are a little smaller).

On the left, access is possible from an incline. Note that the extremity becomes very rocky. Don't forget your mask and snorkel.

The stones are large. We suggest bringing a mattress and swimming shoes.

On the right, the coast becomes very rocky. A few people come here for some tranquility.

Parking is difficult in this neighborhood.

A pebbled calanque in Bandol, with a small peninsula on the left. There is also a restaurant on this beach.

Two little coves are found here. The first (on the left) is made up of stones and the other of rocks.

Nice greenery on the peninsula. It give a certain style to this beach.

Near the peninsula there is a gravel beach to the right of the coastal path.

On the peninsula, the pines lean a bit attesting to the famous Mistral (strong winds).

This calanque is easily accessible by stairs or a ramp (see the first photo).
