Our opinion on the Baie de Gentilly Beach
Located north of Govelle Beach, near the town of Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer’s Baie de Gentilly Beach offers a beautiful stretch of sand of about 100 meters long. However, swimming is only possible at high tide because there are many rocks. At the edge, there is a campsite. Only fairly crowded in the summer season because Govelle Bay offers more to do.
There is no direct parking for this cove. It is advised to park at Gravelle Beach (on the D45, taking the direction of Pouliguen) and then take the coastal road to the north (about 200 meters away).
