Our opinion on the Abri des Flots Beach
Between the tip of the Hock and the Chaine, there is the beach of L’Abri des Flots. Consisting of rocks, pebbles and some sandbanks, this beach offers a beautiful setting facing the island of Rimains and the Rock of Cancale. On the right, we have many oyster beds. It is not the most beautiful beach of Cancale and the most pleasant for swimming but it can be a step to reach the tip of the Grouin by the path of customs.
From the center of Cancale, several roads lead to this small beach (for example that of the Rock of Cancale).

Located north of the city center, this beach is a mixture of rocks, pebbles and sand. Very specific but pleasant environment.
Opposite, nice view on the island of the Rimains (private property). We also have nearby the islet of the Rock of Cancale.
Taking the seaside from the center of Cancale, we must pass in front of the oyster beds just before arriving on this beach.
